Very Good
room great, restaurant good food and excellent service
the front desk pesron, not friendly at all ( colored lady ), I asked her if i could borrow a wine opener and she replied that the kitchen was closed so no way she could let me use one...i went to the bar area and found one, i used it and i gave it back to the manager the next morning at check out...we won't come back to your hotel.

Was ok staying but very far from attractions.
Was clean. Tv worked. Great staff.
The hotel took money from my account for the whole amount, but I already paid through booking.com. Was very inconvenient, I got the money the last day I stayed there, lucky I had more money to go around.

What was the highlight of Mercure Paris Boulogne
Wonderful
Everything was very good from reception to the accommodation itself. We liked the location just nu the Seine. It is situated at a nice calm area in which easily can reach nice Ile Saint Germain and other cool restaurants. The Hotel restaurang also was great. They have professional and friendly service. The food was well cooked, presented and served. Their decoration is cozy and welcoming to spend time at the lobby as well. Also they have a nice environmental policy on plastic using. On this, they have a fountain probably at each floor we could refill our water.
Two major issues we had: 1. The toalett seems to leak time to time some bad smell. 2. Room service was a bit Strange. So we advice to go down and it directly at the restaurant, which has great service.

Wonderful
It's a good hotel for a good price - especially during big holidays! Located in a nice calm area. Close to the metro and bus stations. The supermarket is also close by. Welcome cookies and fruits from the staff. Good breakfasts.
